Dan is a true student of his craft. The kind of person that sits down and learns the awkward picking patterns that John Mayer actually plays – as opposed to the watered-down method everyone else does – even if nobody but himself and a select few would ever even notice. A perfectionist you might say.

Hailing from a family of seriously talented musicians – like, ‘gimme a break’ kinda good – Dan chose his weapon early and has been in love with the guitar ever since. Thankfully, he’s also a seriously down-to-earth and good bloke with it – which means his attention to detail only has upsides.

Dan’s sound is built on dynamic guitar-work and soulful vocals. His influences – John Mayer, Lindsey Buckingham and Eric Clapton – are pretty obvious. But not in a “man, get your own vibe” kind of way. This is stylish, polished, professional musicianship that makes you stop what you’re doing to watch while you listen.

In terms of set-list Dan can and will try his hand at just about anything from modern pop hits to timeless classics that we all grew up being force-fed and still gladly gobble today. He’s a captivating soloist, but also an incredible accompaniment when tasked with the job of ‘lead guitar’.
